Many of our donors provide financial support to TFT to help us work with forest dependent communities whom we work with to increase their standard of living while also preserving the forest environment they rely on. TFT does this by guiding them in the production and selling of responsible products, enable them to have a sustainable livelihood. Our donors also help us to share these successful tried and tested methods for conservation and development to a larger audience encouraging their replication.
TFT also operate projects which focus on wider capacity building for the future and are essential for long term environmental and social well being. These include our Community Radio project in the Congo and our educational establishment the Centre of Social Excellence.
